The property is located on the edge of Manteo, North Carolina, on historic Roanoke Island and just a few minutes from the stunning beaches of Nags Head. The condo is non-smoking and pet-friendly (1 dog) with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, accommodating 6 people. This condo is designated as a Vacation-My-Way property, meaning your turn-day is flexible and there are only 3 nights required year-round (full week required the 2nd full week of August)! Covered parking for (a) two cars or (b) boat/jet-ski trailer and one vehicle. Elevator for easy move-in. When renting you will have access to all of the Pirate's Cove amenities, including: community pool, athletic courts (tennis, basketball, volleyball), and fitness center. There is a 25' dock space available with condo (Bucc. Canal #45). Please call ahead to set up! Water-front Master bedroom featuring King bed and private bathroom and access to covered deck with furniture, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. TVs, high-speed WiFi and sound-view furnished deck. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. TVs in the condo are Smart/Roku TVs and guests must use their own streaming services.
