The condo has a Saturday turnover and is non-smoking and pet-friendly (only 1 allowed), with spectacular views. BV813 comes with a 25' Dock Space at Buccaneer Canal #50, boat trailer would have to be stored off-site for a fee. Large sound view Master bedroom with a King bed, private bathroom and door leading to furnished deck. 2nd bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk (Queen on bottom, Twin on top) with private access to hall bathroom. Additional sleeper sofa located in living area. Kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for all your needs. Furnished deck for sunrise views with morning coffee or afternoon relaxation in the shade. Bath towels and linens are provided with the condo and maximum of two vehicles allowed. Large mounted Smart TV in living room, Smart TV in Bunk bedroom.
