The main living room, dining room, kitchen, dinette and overlook room are also located on the main floor. A magnificent dual staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the final 3 bedrooms are. One holds a King bed with attached private bathroom, another has a Queen bed, and the final one has two Twin beds. There is also a separate office and spiral staircase to the top level "ship's watch" with 270 degree views of Shallowbag Bay and beyond! 8 flat-screen TV's, High-speed WiFi, pool table and arcade area, and gas grill. There is also a large backyard with firepit and sand entry into the sound, perfect for launching kayaks and relaxing. Parking for 6 vehicles maximum and trailers must be stored off-site. No slip available with property at this time, one may be rented from rental office or marina.
